Our client who has over 40 years in Recreation Facility Management in Southern Ontario is growing and immediately requires a:

Customer Service Representative

Located in Brampton and reporting to the COO, you will handle customer enquiry calls fulfilling customers’ needs in a timely fashion paying particular attention to 100% fulfillment of those needs. As a flexible multi-tasker, you command a thorough understanding of the daily operations and can handle all situations with calm and a clear perspective of priorities.

 

Weekly tasks will cover but not be limited to:

  • Answer all incoming service, maintenance and delivery calls and create a case in software system.
  • Enter service/delivery work orders from calls, faxes, emails and maintenance reports
  • Reply to any faxed or emailed requests
  • Regularly retrieve and follow up with service/delivery related voicemails from general mail box
  • Assign work orders to appropriate technician/ driver according to customer area
  • Follow up on quotes with customers to ensure receipt and seek approvals/ PO’s
  • Ensure that purchasing is provided with any required parts information for outstanding jobs
  • Enter and send PO’s for any service sub contractors used and confirm those appointments
  • Go through completion report and update outstanding work orders as necessary
  • Assess outstanding estimate report and follow up with Customer
  • Report any backordered supplies from deliveries to purchaser
  • Follow up with purchaser on parts orders for outstanding repairs to give customer eta updates
  • Act as point person for delivery drivers/ service techs for details on calls (contact info, lock box info, etc.)
  • Follow up with techs to ensure that they are reporting status of jobs.

 

Ideally you bring 5 years of solid Customer Service experience in a busy environment  [Service Industry required] coupled with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that gets the job done. Having a technical aptitude would be preferable and/or willing to learn a new technology in a short period of time is paramount.  Great opportunity for upward growth within this company is offered.
