Our client, a Chinese company located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province is actively seeking a:
Senior Manager of Engineering and Technology
The right candidate will lead the product technology, on-site process and exquisite the product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment and improve the technical standards and technology management systems, solve engineering technical problems of the company, provide technical support
- Responsible for the new product technology transformation and improvement, also BOM maintenance and modification
- Responsible for introducing supplier to cooperate with supply chain, external purchasing proofing and small batch trial production test evaluation
- Responsible for participation to complete product development process
- Responsible for on-site fault analysis and to improve the process optimization
- Team building and staff training
- Responsible for mold making and management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industry design profess with an engineer title;
- More than 20 years’ work experience in mechanical manufacturing process manager
- Familiar with product design, mold design/manufacturing process etc. Grasp the product structure, performance, functionality, and comprehensive knowledge of smoke extractor; familiar with the key process control and manufacturing technology process, especially for mastery of stamping, painting and finishing technology; have a deep understanding about industrial engineering and product improvement
- Have a comprehensive understanding on R&D process, products transformation process, manufacturing management process and, industrial engineering R&D application process
- communication and leadership abilities, strong collaboration consciousness, able to let the team complete unit tasks
- Internal: deal with the interpersonal skills from subsidiary modules like products technology, on-site process, and exquisite team leader etc. External: deal with the interpersonal skills from products manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, research and development, and head of planning etc.
