Ann completed her Masters degree in labour and human resources from The Ohio State University, US. She rounds out our IC Solutions team by bringing 25 years of professional HR experience in executive coaching, leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition, human capital and US employment law.

Ann has held executive human resources positions for multinational software companies such as Compuware, in telecommunications at CoreComm, in government as the Director of Labour-Management Initiatives on the agency side, and appointed as Director of Field Operations for a statewide elected official. She also taught HR and organizational Decision-making on the college level. Her experience in hiring and leadership coaching in over 45 diverse industries will add to our candidate’s competitive edge in the global marketplace.
