Regional Sales Rep - HVAC

Our client - a leading international HVAC manufacturer - is seeking an:


HVAC Regional Sales Representative


Reporting to the Canadian Sales Director, the sales rep is responsible for driving up sales revenue while implementing marketing strategies within the provinces of Manitoba & Saskatchewan area. Sales objectives are met by executing company planning and sales procedures as well as other activities which are in line with the overall billing goals.


Ideally located in Winnipeg,** you have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC sales and preferably a minimum of 5-8 years of working in sales overall. You also have established trade show experience and a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Take hold of B2B distribution channels in order to unearth sales opportunities.
  • Consult clients as an HVAC expert by informing them of technical advantages in our product line and answering any questions.
  • Discuss with customers all aspects of proposals, opportunities, conduct presentations, existing projects and close opportunities.
  • Assists with the development of yearly and periodic sales forecasts and budget plans. Work with Canadian Regional Sales Manager and HVAC team to develop plans, objectives, goals, and business plans
  • Identify, develop and provide marketing support tools and programs including technical and client sales training and trade show participation
  • Manage customer base – Dealer and Distributor. Promote and secure new sales opportunities by way of cold calling and networking, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Provide Weekly Sales call reports updating new activity and project updates.




  • Technically adept in HVAC equipment and the HVAC industry.
  • Professional selling and strong negotiating capabilities
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point, Internet and CRM
