Case Coordinator – APAC region

We are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join the BCT Family as a Case Coordinator.  

We are seeking a confident, client-focused individual to provide support services to Intended Parents on their family-building journey.

 

Your day-to-day duties will include:

· Aide in coordinating services being provided by third-party companies/agencies; arranging resources, including educational information to be provided to our clients.

· Monitor response times between clients and third-party providers;

· Advocating for needed services;

· Obtaining additional resources;

· Intervening in crisis and providing personal support and solutions.

· Maintaining clients’ records by reviewing case notes; logging Milestones, case notes, emails etc.

· Communicating clients’ progress by conducting monthly video calls, and bi-weekly emails with clients.

· Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in company-run Webinars and other educational events.

· Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Improving self-competence by actively inquiring about additional educational resources; balancing work requirements with learning opportunities

· Working in accordance with relevant legislation, health care best practices, and internal policy and procedure 

· Attending weekly team meetings (virtual) and other training sessions as required

· Active participation in the company’s webinars and on occasion travelling to professional conferences and events


Requirements:

Great organisational skills – Ability to perform in a fast-paced dynamic work environment while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, respond quickly and efficiently, and keep situations under control

Ability to work Independently – Commitment to follow through and to work independently on a caseload.

Proficiency in Computers – CRM and Database experience is essential to the role. Must be well versed in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Adaptability/Flexibility in hours

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have the ability to solve problems, offer solutions, think logically and provide support.

Time management and punctuality

Team Player, ready to pitch in when help is needed

A customer-focused attitude, willing to go the extra mile for customers


Preferences:

  • · A Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma with significant relevant experience
  • · Experience or understanding of IVF, Surrogacy or Egg Donation
  • · Multilingual
